I am trying to keep the cost down so I’m ok with the black walnut or oak slab.

I will get back to you once I have confirmed the door measurements. We’re at the framing stage and I haven’t quite decided on the trim width yet and flooring which from what I’ve read I need to know to ensure I get the right size door.
