Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

All of our products are carefully handmade and go through a strict quality control process before being shipped out. However, if you have any problems with any of our products, please let us know and we will do our best to make things right.

Returns & exchanges

Returns and exchanges:

Buyer must contact us within 7 days of delivery

Items must be shipped back to us within 21 days of delivery

Conditions of return:

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned unused and its new condition. Should a used or damaged item be returned, it will be shipped back at buyer's expense.
