1-Year Workmanship Warranty

Woodify is dedicated to delivering custom work that stands the test of time. Our 1-year workmanship warranty ensures your investment is protected, giving you peace of mind.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship that substantially impair the functionality or appearance of your custom work for one (1) year from the completion date.

Coverage includes:

  • Defects caused by faulty workmanship, such as incorrect measurements, improper assembly, or finishing errors.
  • Defects in materials supplied by Woodify, excluding paint, finishes, and CNC laser/router work.

CNC Laser/Router Work

CNC laser and router work is excluded from this warranty due to the nature of customization and material limitations. However, if you encounter an issue with CNC components that you believe is due to premature failure, contact us for a fair assessment. We will work with you to find a reasonable solution when appropriate.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper care.
  • Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches, fading, or weathering consistent with regular use.
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations.
  • Exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., excessive heat, cold, humidity, or moisture).
  • Issues related to paint or finish products, which are covered under manufacturer warranties.
  • Damage caused by environmental factors, acts of God, or improper storage.

Filing a Warranty Claim

If you believe your custom work qualifies for warranty coverage, please contact us promptly:

Include the following in your claim:

  • A detailed description of the issue.
  • Photos or documentation showing the problem.
  • The completion date of your custom work.

Warranty Remedy

Upon verifying your claim, Woodify will, at our discretion, repair or replace defective components. If repair or replacement is not feasible, we may offer a credit or partial refund proportional to the affected portion of the work. In no case will our liability exceed the original purchase price.

Manufacturer Warranties

We will assist you in pursuing claims under manufacturer warranties for products we provide or recommend. Manufacturer warranties may vary and are subject to their terms and conditions.

Commitment to Fairness

Even if an issue falls outside this warranty’s terms, we value your satisfaction and will work with you to explore a fair resolution, provided the circumstances are reasonable.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This warranty is governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes arising under this warranty will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.

Statute of Limitations

All warranty claims must be submitted within one (1) years of the original completion date.

Disclaimer

This warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser. It is in addition to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws and does not limit or exclude those rights.

Limitation of Liability

Woodifys’ liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund as described above. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our custom work.
